Hello, I’m Rajashri, founder of Design Scheme. My passion for architecture and interior design has been a lifelong journey, inspired by the beauty of thoughtfully designed spaces, the character of period architecture, and the stories hidden within historical details and artefacts. I’ve always been fascinated by the way interiors can influence how people feel, connect, and experience a space.

Through my travels, I’ve explored and photographed inspiring architecture and interiors from around the world, constantly drawing inspiration from different cultures, styles, and environments. I am particularly passionate about space planning, ergonomic design, and blending aesthetics with functionality to create spaces that feel both beautiful and effortless to live or work in.
From Business Expertise to Interior Design
Before pursuing interior design professionally, I built a successful career in people management after completing my degree in Business Management and gaining professional qualifications. Working across a variety of organisations — from small businesses to large corporations — allowed me to develop strong leadership, organisational, and client-focused skills. Beginning my journey as an administrator and progressing into specialist and business partner roles gave me invaluable insight into how people interact within spaces and environments.
